Mr Zacharoudis Xenofon lives in London. He works for the global investment banking arm of BNP Paribas, BNP Paribas CIB, in the department of internal monitoring and liquidity regulatory reporting for corporate and institutional investors.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment having certifications in Global Securities Operations, Derivatives Operations, Risk in Financial Institutions. He graduated from the department of Applied Informatics of the University of Macedonia in 2014, taking the oath in the official awarding ceremony. His dissertation entitled "The General Data Protection Regulation with emphasis on the right to be forgotten and on the legal protection of the minor internet users" was graded with 10 out of 10. This project was supervised by Prof. Dr. Alexandropoulou Evgenia.
He has fulfilled his mandatory military service in Greece and he is a member of Mensa.
His interests include regulatory compliance of financial institutions, information technology law and personal data protection.
Apart from Greek and English, he also speaks German (professional working proficiency) and Mandarin (limited working proficiency).
